Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Second Saturday of each month 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Services are offered by appointment. To schedule an appointment call 563-263-0122. Walk-ins are accepted as schedule permits.
Our Staff
Trinity Muscatine Public Health provides services with a team of health professionals including:
- Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
- Registered Nurses
- Registered Dental Hygienists
- Social Workers including Professional Family Service staff
- Bilingual Staff
Payment Options/Funding
- Trinity Muscatine Public Health has a sliding fee scale, but no one will be denied service for an inability to pay with the exclusion of adult vaccinations.
- Some of our services are no cost.
- The amount you pay is based on your income and the number of people who depend on you for support.
- If you have little or no income, for example if you are a student, you may be able to receive free services through one of our grants.
- Please ask us about our fees and payment arrangements.

Donations
We also receive local, regional, state and federal funding that allows us to provide services to improve our community’s health through health promotion and disease prevention initiatives. Funding sources include: Iowa Department of Public Health, Muscatine County, Iowa Department of Human Services, Family Planning Council of Iowa, local, state and federal grants.
