Trinity Ambulance Service
Trinity Ambulance Service provides 24 hour Paramedic level Emergency Medical Services to Southern Rock Island County as well as, portions of Mercer and Henry Counties in Illinois. TAS provides 911 EMS to the cities of Milan, Sherrard and Orion in Illinois. Trinity Ambulance Service is licensed to operate in both Illinois and Iowa, including Scott County in Iowa. TAS provides Paramedic Assist to surrounding Basic Life Support ambulance services, allowing TAS Paramedics to board the BLS ambulances and provide Advanced Life Support care. Ultimately providing the best pre hospital care available to our patients.
Trinity Ambulance also provides patient transfer services to all of our Trinity facilities, area nursing homes, as well as, Genesis facilities and Hammond Henry Hospital in Geneseo. As an additional service, TAS also provides long distance transport service to various locations, including University of Iowa, St. Francis in Peoria and other locations upon arrangement.
Trinity Ambulance is dispatched by our own EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) licensed dispatchers.
Trinity Ambulance is available for any special events requiring stand by medical personnel.

Trinity Express
Trinity Express, a division of Trinity Ambulance Service, offers wheelchair van transportation to medical appointments and more. We will transport to restaurants, malls, home or anywhere you may want to go. We also transport over to Iowa and a few other cities with exception to availability times on our schedules.
For any appointments scheduling times/dates all depend on our schedule availability. Our dispatchers will work with you to find the best possible time. One family member, friend, or caretaker may ride with at no extra charge.
Drivers will come to the door and help persons out of their home only if there is a wheelchair ramp. They will help in any way they can as long as there is no lifting involved. They also come into to the Dr’s offices or facility you were dropped off at to help assist you out to the van.
We are able to carry oxygen tanks just as long as you have your own tank and carrying case and can maintain the unit yourself. All vans have wheelchair accessible lifts and wheelchair tie downs along with other seating for ambulatory customers.

Cost: $20.00 one-way trip, $40.00 round trip
Anything over 20 miles is $20.00 plus $1 per mile one-way
Pay the driver with cash, check or credit card at time of pick up. Contact your insurance company to determine eligibility of reimbursement. We accept Illinois Medicaid with some guidelines.
