About Our Wait Times
The wait times are updated every two hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for Express Care Clinics in the Quad-Cities, and from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. for Muscatine. Emergency Room times are updated from 8 a.m. until midnight. All times are approximate and reflect the duration of time from the waiting room to an exam room (does not include time with a doctor).

When Should I Use Emergency Services?
If you are experiencing chest pain or shortness of breath, please go to the Emergency Department or call 911 immediately. If you have any hesitations about your ability to safely transport yourself of a loved one, call 911 to request ambulance services.
When Should I Use a UnityPoint Clinic Express Care?
UnityPoint Clinic Express Care provides convenient and cost-effective service for treating minor medical problems or injuries that require a health care provider’s attention but are not life threatening. UnityPoint Clinic Express Care services are delivered outside of a hospital emergency department on a walk-in basis. All services that are provided at a UnityPoint Clinic Express Care do not require an appointment.
UnityPoint Clinic Express Care provides medical treatment for minor illnesses and injuries such as:

UnityPoint Clinic Express Care also provides the following preventive medicine exams:
- Sports physicals
- School physicals
- Work physicals
UnityPoint Clinic Express Care does not have ready access to extended patient observation and specialty consultation. Patients who present with life threatening situations are immediately transferred to an emergency department or referred to the 911 EMS system.
Express Care Hours and Locations
UnityPoint Clinic Express Care has three clinics located in the Quad-Cities, and one clinic located in Muscatine, for those situations when you can’t see your regular health care provider during normal business hours. In addition, Express Care services are available days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. When you need health care and your regular health care provider isn’t available, please visit our convenient locations:
